Reserve Your Fan Today
Rental agreement
The Company agrees to rent the following equipment to the Client:
Evaporative Cooling Fans (“Coolers”)
The Company will deliver, set up, and pick up the Coolers at the event location specified by the Client.
Rental begins upon delivery and setup and ends upon pick-up by the Company.
Client is responsible for the safekeeping and general well-being of the Coolers while in their possession.
Client agrees to operate the equipment in a safe and reasonable manner according to provided instructions.
Client will be liable for any damage, loss, theft, or misuse of the equipment during the rental period.
A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure the rental.
The remaining balance must be paid in full prior to or at the time of delivery.
Deposits are non-refundable unless cancellation is made at least 3 days prior to the rental date.
In the event of damage, loss, or theft, the Client agrees to pay the full cost of repair or replacement as determined by Christingem Rentals.
Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Christingem Rentals from any claims, damages, or liabilities resulting from the use or misuse of the rented equipment.
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
